We are pleased to announce that Angus Ferguson joined Uist Asco Limited on November 18, 2019 as our new Production Manager.
Angus is originally from North Uist and lives a stone’s throw from the plant. Angus returned to North Uist after studying Agriculture at the Scottish Agricultural College. He has worked for the past eight years as an Agricultural Consultant, offering advice and support to crofters (farmers) and rural businesses in the area.
When not at work, Angus can usually be found on his croft (a small farm) where he has a flock of sheep and herd of cattle that need tending to. Angus and his fiancée also have a very active cocker spaniel puppy (featured in the picture) which requires plenty of attention!
